Mes œuvres

My work in India ink is above all about freedom and spontaneity.
I love the power of black, the simplicity of contrast, and the strength of gesture. With ink, every movement becomes visible, every line retains the energy of the moment.
I often work instinctively, without seeking to fully control the medium. Lines intersect, overlap and stretch, creating an almost organic language. Sometimes, silhouettes appear, landscapes emerge, or more abstract forms come to life.

In some works, ink becomes pure movement. Large black brushstrokes interact with the emptiness and light of the paper. The contrast between deep black and white space creates breath, tension and balance.
I also enjoy combining ink with bursts of colour, splashes and freer lines, creating an additional vibration between control and letting go.

Each work becomes an inner exploration, where gesture reveals an emotion rather than a representation.
